Indulge in a restful night's sleep in one of our comfortable bedrooms. The Primary ensuite bedroom features a King bed and a world of comfortable rustic elegance. The centerpiece of relaxation awaits in the large clawfoot bathtub, offering a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration. For added convenience, a riser shower ensures ease of use for all guests.

The second bedroom features a King bed and bathroom located around the corner. The third bedroom features a Twin bed with a Twin Trundle bed.

In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing.

During the winter season bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, Downhill or Nordic skis and enjoy a wide variety of winter activities. Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. Take a scenic 60-minute drive to Telluride Ski Resort with top five in the nation ski runs, according to Conde Nast. Enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, unique shops and Ouray Hot Springs.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
