Our 3 bedroom, spacious townhome is all about its exceptional location! It features a large modern kitchen with SS appliances and an open concept floor plan that provides the perfect setting for friends and family. Natural light and gorgeous mountain views are abundant with floor-to-ceiling windows in the sunroom. There is also a nicely landscaped shared space available. The main floor has a full bath with a walk-in shower, and the lower level has a larger bath with two sinks and a tub/shower combination shared between the rooms on this level. There is access to the attached garage.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
