Our 1 bedroom condo + loft (Gambel Oak Unit 761) features a full kitchen, one full bath with modern updates, and a private deck. With views of the Glacier Club’s golf courses and unmatched views of the surrounding San Juan Mountains. Guests can play golf course. Wifi speeds are appx 50 mbps. Our guests can play the Valley Course at Glacier Club at a discounted rate of $160 per round for 18 holes with a cart.

Beautifully updated condo! Features a comfortable Queen bed in main level bedroom, sleeping loft with queen bed (steep stairs), electric fireplace. Enjoy some home cooked meals in your full kitchen. NOTE: Stairs to sleeping loft are steep

ON-SITE AMENITIES INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf, tennis, playground, restaurant & bar, event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron do NOT allow pets.

4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer
travel insurance.
