Great Rental
This is a great rental. It was very well cared for and very clean - always my first set of criteria! It is in a convenient location in a walkable neighborhood. It had more than sufficient amenities and supplies for our stay. I cannot comment on the property manager because everything was in order and I didn't need to - that is always a positive in my book. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Understated Gem
This house was a great option for a long weekend in Moab. The house had everything we needed including extra towels and a fully stocked kitchen. The yard was perfect for our dogs to get out and run around. And the hottub and firepit were great options for the chilly nights. It was a quiet neighborhood and was a great retreat after our busy days. Check-in process was super easy.

Moab vacation escape

We absolutely loved this house for a week long family vacation. Open concept with dining room to living room. All the rooms were spacious. All the amenities you would need. Hung out in the backyard a lot with the gorgeous views. We will be back 🙂

Moab Family Vacation

The property was perfect. The location was great for all our adventures. After a long day the back yard was the perfect place to have a glass of wine and unwind. The kitchen was well stocked. The pots and pans were in excellent shape. There was plenty of towels.

Relaxing New Years!
The house was great and the dogs really enjoyed the backyard (especially when it snowed, it was a first for them). It rained too but nothing deterred our vacation mood (not even stores being closed for the season). We were not able to use the hot tub due to weather but all in all it was a fun time

Beautiful Home Great Location

This house was beautiful and the perfect location for all we wanted to do in Moab. The back porch and yard were very nice even though we had hoped for some grass for our dog, understand the weather there is not so great for grass! Location was good for Canyon lands, Dead Horse Point, and Arches. There was a Hot tub and firepit available for guests even though we did not use them. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to visit Moab. House was spotless!

Super clean!
The house was extremely clean and very good condition. Furnishings were nice, no damage. Well stocked kitchen, even had some basics like salt, pepper, coffee, etc. Hall bath is large enough for sharing. Beds are comfortable except for bunk bed; that is very hard.
We enjoyed the outdoor space with covered dining table and lovely views above the fence. Hot tub was clean. Large dog friendly yard.
Would stay here again.

The house was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location for touring Arches and Canyonlands. The hot tub was a great way to end the day after hiking! There was plenty of room for our family of 6!

ATV trip
House was nice. Water pressure was good in the showers. Parking was good for truck and trailer. Beds were comfortable. House was well stocked with kitchen pans and utensils. When we ran out of something that they supplied we just let them know and they dropped it off for us. They were quick to respond to requests. They gave us ideas on where to eat. Was nice to be able to sit in the back yard and have meals or recap the day around the fire pit. There is also a hot tub that looked nice but we didn’t use it. Oh and the pool was just up the street and looked nice also but again we didn’t have a chance to use it. All around it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

Very comfortable house
This house was perfect for our stay in Moab. There were 2 couples and we used it as our home base while visiting parks in the area. The house was clean, well stocked, located in a quiet neighborhood, and convenient to the downtown. We especially enjoyed the patio in the back.

The reservation process was easy, the house was beautiful, clean well equipped with towels, cleaning supplies, games, anything you need. Fire pit and hot tub were awesome! Anytime I needed anything the property manager Gloryann was available through text message and answered me very quickly. We stayed and extra day because it was so much fun.

Overall, our experience was very pleasant. This is a nice rental home in an convenient place in Moab. House was well stocked, compared with other rental homes we stayed in. Also, loved the fact there are 2 different coffee machines - regular and K-cup varieties.
Our only (very minor) complaints would be the a/c air return vibration can make it hard for light sleepers and an annoying barking dog across the street; which, is no fault of the rental company.

Had a great time in Moab. We were a group of 8, and the house was a little tight when we were all hanging out. But very clean and comfortable. In a small residential area just south of town. Fenced back yard was good for the dog, who loved trying to catch the lizards.

Great Home close to Arches and Downtown Moab!

We had a great stay at the Tierra Norte house! We have 4 guests and it was plenty of room! We were able to go back and forth from Arches and downtown and it was only about a 10 minute drive. The management team was helpful through the process and made a point to tell us know if we needed anything to contact them right away!

This is a nice, clean and quiet place to stay. Has all the amenities you would need. Short drive to downtown Moab. Would stay again. If you stay, make sure to bring your own coffee or K cups. They offered instant coffee, but instant is not for us.

Lovely newer house in a quiet neighborhood

House was clean on arrival, everything was in working order, beds comfortable, easy to read instructions for check in and check out, wifi working, hot tub clean. Made for an enjoyable weekend. We were here for the Easter Jeep Safari weekend and the location next to the vendor expo was perfect for our group. It may have ruined us though, we usually camp and this was a game changer to have a house with bathrooms and all the amenities of home. Will be looking for this for next year too.

Just what we were looking for

The house worked great for our stay in Moab. Everything was clean and worked as expected. There was plenty of room to relax and to sort our gear. We travel light and used the washer dryer daily. The only issue we had was batteries in the thermastat and the managers responded quickly to fix it. We would recommend staying here.

Decent Location; Great Family House in Moab
All the amenities in house for a family gathering of 10. We had a great time, house a little south of town, but short drive. Very quiet neighborhood, great garage space for gear/bikes; Hot tub worked nicely after long hikes and bike rides. Thank you for the stay!

Over all a great home!

The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable with great sheets and lots of pillows. The fenced in yard was smaller than expected but had a nice fire pit and a wonderful hot tub! I would only make a few suggestions: We cooked all of our meals in a very nice kitchen that could use more and larger pots and pans. We had to purchase our own toilet paper and trash bags as we quickly ran out and very little was provided. There were no drawers in the bedrooms so no way to unpack our suitcase. Please add a dresser! We would for sure stay here again!
