Our upper-end unit studio condo (Gambel Oak #747) features a kitchenette, one full bath, and a small deck. It is surrounded by Glacier Club’s golf courses and the San Juan Mountains while only a short 11-minute drive to Purgatory Ski Resort and less than 25 minutes to Downtown Durango.

Our upper-end studio condo (Gambel Oak Unit #747) features a kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, stovetop burners, coffee maker, and toaster), an updated full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a small entry deck. The views from the unit are spectacular since it is surrounded by Glacier Club’s golf courses and the San Juan Mountains. Working is easy since the wifi speeds are approximately 50 mbps. Our guests can play the Valley Course at Glacier Club at a discounted rate of $160 per round for 18 holes with a cart.

This studio condo has high ceilings and a wall of windows with lots of natural light. There is dining bar seating plus a separate workspace that could be used as a desk, extra vanity area, or food prep space. The smart TV is hooked up to cable. The TV can be viewed from anywhere in the condo. There is a spiral staircase leading up to the condo entrance.

ON-SITE AMENITIES INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf, tennis, playground, restaurant & bar, event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron do NOT allow pets.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (rafting trips, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
