Natural light floods through the windows in every room, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The living room features a generously sized egress window, perfect for basking in the sunlight, and a fold-out couch that comfortably accommodates extra guests. The space is ideal for two or a small family. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a 32" flatscreen Smart TV offering access to Amazon Prime, Netflix, and more. High-speed WiFi ensures you stay connected during your stay.

There is special attention to detail throughout this apartment with its thoughtful amenities, and the lighting is carefully worked out. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee capsule machine. Your comfort is our priority, so a private washer and dryer are in the unit.

You also have access to a shared beautiful courtyard with dining furniture, an umbrella, a BBQ grill, and a pair of sporty cruiser bikes to explore the neighborhood!
