This Moab retreat is perfectly designed for multiple families or groups of friends. It has a spacious layout and the 3-bed/2-bath configuration is perfect for welcoming up to 8 guests.

Our townhome is ideally located just a 5min drive from downtown where you can check out all the great restaurants and shops and we are conveniently situated 15 minutes from Arches National Park and just a 45-minute drive from captivating Canyonlands National Park. Can’t wait to get out on the greens? Don’t forget to book a tee time at Moab Golf Club which is only two miles from the front door!

Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim and La Sal mountains.
The patio is a wonderful place to gather and share stories of the days' activities! In cooler months, relax by the gas fireplace after a long day of adventure or soak in the private hot tub located just outside on the enclosed patio. The nearby community pool and hot tub (open seasonally) are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!

The home offers a two-car garage, driveway and plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles. The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

Sept Moab Stay

We stayed in Y3 in Rim Village for 5 days in September and it was incredible. The patio has it's own private hot tub with unobstructed views of the Western skyline which is dominated by massive red rock cliffs. The sunsets are perfect there. I like the location of this unit, because it is in a cul de sac, so there is NO traffic, and there are 2 extra parking spaces, not including the 2 in the garage and the large driveway. We used the spacious garage to store and tune-up our mountain bikes. Convenient washer/dryer right off the garage. Comfy beds, bedrooms and great room with large fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows to look at the previously mentioned red rock cliffs. The kitchen had everything we needed and more with a big, round dining table. There are some large, beautiful professional photographs of Moab decorating the walls. The owners/managers were very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Five stars!!

Moab Vacation

Our stay at this Moab condo was nothing short of amazing! The condo was impeccably clean, and top-notch with attention to detail. Perfect blend of comfort and adventure

Our stay at this Moab condo was exceptional. The condo was spotless, and the garage was a huge plus for storing our outdoor gear securely. The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking and exploring the nearby national parks. The host's attention to cleanliness and comfort made our stay truly memorable. Oasis of cleanliness and luxury

Great place to stay

Wow, what a great place to stay.  We have stayed in this condo 3 times now and it always delivers.  The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a great meal.  The barbeque is clean and ready to go.  We love being able to store our bikes and toys in the garage.  The place is super clean and the beds are comfy.  We will definitely stay here again!!

Clean, cozy, and convenient

Great accommodation

5-star accommodation! We are frequent visitors to this townhome, and the owners have consistently upheld exceptional maintenance standards. The units boast spacious interiors, providing both comfort and an array of amenities to fulfill your every need. You will enjoy access to community pools and a private hot tub on the patio, just outside your front door. Such a nice convenience of a hot tub within the unit!

Ample parking is available for trailers and recreational equipment for our 4-wheelers and dude-by-sides. It’s a perfect spot!!

Stay Here in Moab

We have stayed at the Buford Moab property several times. Each time has been a delight! The location is fantastic-close to everything but still away from the hustle bustle of town. The furniture is clean and comfortable, and the bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook-big enough for several people to work at the same time. We love the roomy hot tub! It's right outside the unit-so very convenient. the pool in the neighborhood has been a real draw for us with our family in the summertime -so fun!! I definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to get away to Moab in comfort and style. Five stars!
