Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (Unit 106) is located at Peregrine Point which is the newest building at Purgatory Resort. The condo is located on the north side of the building offering amazing mountain views.
Walk across to the main plaza for convenient access to restaurants, ski rentals, deli and great shops as well as the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain.
The condo is decorated with high-end furnishings and the kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and complete cooking utensils for making great meals (including a BBQ Grill on the deck). The main living space features a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and a deck to enjoy the great views..
The condo also features a washer and dryer. Parking is unassigned outside in front of the building.

Master - King Bed with TV (main level)
2nd - Twins (2) with TV (main level)
Main Living Space - Queen Pull Out Sofa (main level)
As with all condos in the Peregrine Point building per HOA Rules, pets are not allowed.
For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Great View
The condo outside of Durango was very comfortable. We thoroughly loved the view of the mountains. The inside of the condo was clean and nicely decorated. The carpet is showing some wear but did not detract from our stay. I would recommend staying here.

Great Durango summer vacation

Great condo with all the amenities. Had everything you could possibly need. View from balcony was gorgeous especially in the mornings. Great place to sit and enjoy coffee. Our only complaint was the sofa bed was uncomfortable for our adult could probably use a new mattress.
Would definitely rent this condo again though. The location was good too...about halfway between Durango and Silverton.

The photos of the condo are 100% accurate. Great location! Great view! Walking distance to all of the amenities at Purgatory. Kitchen is equipped well for cooking meals. Bedding was very comfortable. Would definitely book again. Have recommend to friends. Thanks so much for providing our family a comfortabel home away from home for the week.

Great stay, great location, great boarding
The condo was clean and just as described. We had a great trip and the location to the slopes can't be beat! Great hangers right outside the door for our boards so all equipment could be left outside to keep the condo free of clutter, clean and dry.

Very happy with this condo. The view was fantastic. Better then shown in pictures as faces mountain and lake. Condo was clean and had all the items needed to cook daily. Also has a gas grill on patio.which we used daily.

Our family of two adults and 2 teens stayed at this condo during the sprint break of 2018. The unit is very well furnished and decorated. All the appliances are in great condition. Beds are very comfortable. The shows and two hot-tubs are very clean. Kitchen has everything one needs. The best thing about this property is the view. Both the living and the master bedroom have huge floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the mountain range. It's spectacular! The condo is on the first floor of the building, so you don't have to worry about walking up and down the stairs in ski boots. The is covered garage at the bottom of the building. Even though you live on the first floor, it feels like you are much higher because the building is sitting on the top of the hill. To get to the ski lift, you need to cross the main plaza which is a short walk.
We have stayed at three other condos at Purgatory over the years, and I think this is the best one.

Great Stay

Our stay at 106 Peregrine was better than expected. I thought the kids would be bored, but they had a blast. From the activities at the ski area to the pool and even the fitness room we had a nice and relaxing weekend. The unit was as described and as seen in the pictures. Keith was great and was extremely responsive. I know sometimes renting vacation homes and condos can be stressful because you don't really know the management and sometime fear that you could be involved in a scam. But I can say with certainty that Premier is an honest, legitimate, excellent company to deal with.

Loved our stay
All the amenities of home within less than 100 yards from the lift. Complete kitchen with microwave, oven, frige, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, and all your cooking ware. Family room and bedrooms were warm and inviting. The games kept our family entertained at night.
The multiple keypads and codes was somewhat annoying but after a day were easy to remember. The parking garage entry was not intuitive and I think should be explained in more detail as well as the TV remotes. Some lights were out, toilet seat broken and dead batteries in remotes. However, a quick email to the owner quickly solved these issues in less than 12 hours, just some things the cleaning staff just won't catch.

Christmas ski trip

he views and easy access to main lift were top notch! A few ski storage, no dish soap, only 2 dishwasher tabs for the whole week, batteries went down in remotes on 5th day and no one in village carried batteries. The light switch in bedroom controls all outlets (including tv). So when you turn off the lights the tv and clock go off. So leave on light switch and turn off lamps is the secret! Hot water heater didn't work well with 6 people. Cold showers 1st 2 days for at least 4 of us. The room wasn't cleaned well. Yes we arrived a few hours early but we went into town until 7 and check-in was at 4. When ready to go to bed at night my pillowcases were still dirty. The pull out bed sheets hadn't been changed. Not much of a vacation when you have to clean up after the housekeeper. I didn't call and bother owner with everything because he was not in town at the time. Durango is a great town but hard to drive to town every time you run out of something. At least a 30 minute drive. We noticed other people were swiping keys to get into building when we had 3 different codes to remember (1 for garage, 1 for building access, 1 for room). A key would make it easier! And the 2nd bedroom could use a tv. We had a family of 4 kids so in the evening before bed they all wanted to watch tv but no tv in the 2nd bedroom.

While we would have loved to have been notified during your stay so we might have had a chance to make up for the circumstances you described, we understand that contacting us while on your vacation was not on the list of fun things to do in Durango. We've addressed your housekeeping concerns with our housekeeper, and appreciate the opportunity you've provided us to do that. We'd love to have the opportunity to welcome you as a guest again in order to make up for this visit. Regarding the keys, we've found that having the access codes greatly eliminates the need to carry keys around and most of our guests seem to prefer it, but we also understand that not every guest has the same experience, desires or expectations. Again, we greatly appreciate your comments and the opportunity to make improvements to the experiences of our guests.

From the time we first contacted Keith, he was extremely helpful. The condo was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. Our oven wasn't working and I called to report it. A maintenance person was there the same day and returned on day 2 to put in the new part. I would definitely rent from these folks again.
