Nestled in the heart of downtown Santa Fe, our charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom casita beckons with its ideal proximity to the Plaza, inviting restaurants, captivating galleries, and diverse shops—all within a leisurely stroll. The residence boasts a quaint fenced backyard, ensuring a private retreat for both residents and their four-legged companions. Beyond the casita's doorstep lies a gateway to the cultural tapestry of Santa Fe, with seamless access to the renowned Santa Fe Opera, the vibrant Railyard Arts District, and the artistic haven of Canyon Road. Nature enthusiasts will find themselves in close proximity to an array of mountain biking and hiking trails, each offering a unique exploration of the surrounding landscape. Moreover, the allure of the Santa Fe Ski Resort awaits just 30 minutes away, promising both winter adventures and breathtaking alpine vistas.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 1 dog and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
