Casa Blanca: an authentic pueblo adobe home in the exclusive neighborhood of Acequia Madre. This prime location is a five-minute walk to Canyon Road—the center of the Santa Fe art scene. The Plaza, the heart of Santa Fe, is less than a mile away. Our home is dog-friendly, with a park directly across the street. You will also be across from the Santa Fe River, allowing for leisurely walks along its banks and under the trees unique to this neighborhood. A new addition is a beautiful hot tub in the fully enclosed private garden area.

This is a full home with two bedrooms, each with an ensuite full bath. There is also a media room and a one-half bath. The property is down a gated lane, giving you unique privacy. Experience true pueblo architecture, with antique doors, wooden beams, viga and latilla
ceilings, kiva fireplaces, and earthen plaster walls. In the back garden area, you can soak your cares away in the hot tub, eat at the outdoor
umbrella-covered table, or sit on the covered portal (patio) with an outdoor kiva fireplace—perfect for the crisp Santa Fe evenings. You can also barbecue on the gas grill. A garage provides secure parking and direct access into the home. The home can accommodate 2-3 vehicles using both the garage and attached driveway.

In the interior, you’ll be surrounded by an eclectic mix of our art collection from all over the world. Marble busts, Persian carpets, Venetian
chandeliers, ormolu mirrors, African masks, and Portuguese leather screens from the 16th, 17th, and 18th Centuries fill the home. Unique pieces from world-class Indigenous artists complement this décor. Fixtures are of the highest quality, including a Viking Range and wine fridge, SubZero refrigerator, and Waterworks bath fixtures with rainshower heads. Other unique features include a soaking tub in the
master bedroom and a total of three fireplaces. The media room has a 60" OLED TV with Sonos surround sound system, and it can also function as a second living space. There is a full HVAC system providing central heating and cooling, as well as radiant heat flooring.
