This newly remodeled 3 bedroom home is the perfect place for a Scottsdale get-away. Bring your friends and family to enjoy the pool and new outdoor putting green, as well as the proximity to golf, hiking, Mayo Clinic, State Farm Stadium and TPC Course!

Enjoy your time in Scottsdale at this amazing rental, ideal for group trips, golfing, hiking and hanging out in Old Town Scottsdale! The open floor plan and large yard lends itself perfectly for gatherings and games as well as playing air hockey and corn hole. Jump in the pool to cool off and practice your putting on the new putting green.

20min to Old Town Scottsdale
9min to Starfire Golf
12min to TPC Champions Course
17min to McDowell Golf Club
10min to Mayo Clinic

Bed configuration:
Master Bedroom: 1 King (Ensuite Bath)
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Shared Bath)
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen, 1 Twin Trundle (Shared Bath)

There is also a blow-up mattress available for 2 extra people!

The home is dog friendly (1 dog max) and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).


Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Great place to stay!

Would stay here again! Nice, quiet neighborhood. Felt safe the whole time.
2 hours to Sedona and highly recommend spending a day there, shopping and Pink Jeep Tours.
There is a grocery store within walking distance from this house, with places to eat and dessert! Dirty Dough is a MUST try.

Wonderful Family Get Away!!

Great Kierland location!!

This house came to us after we had to extend our stay in Scottsdale and leave our current rental. It was perfect for 3 of us co-workers. Loved the open space Kitchen and family room area. The decor was great! LOVED the Clint Eastwood bubblegum photo!!
We are heaading back to Scottsdale again and the team requested this little gem for a 2nd time!
