Great single level home, newly furnished with office, fenced yard and storage shed. Perfect location on the SW side, close to Old Mill and easy access to the parkway. Enjoy the comfortable living area, work from the full size office or relax on the patio that is setup for entertaining. The Old Mill is just a short distance away with access to the river, restaurants and shops!

The home is dog friendly (2 dog max) and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).
Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets,etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines.
We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we're doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Could not have been better . Freshly painted, new furniture, new appliances , and new linens. Felt like newly weds.
Private fenced yard and perfect for our dog. Neighbors very nice .
It is located in a great place near everything.
