Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located a quick drive or walk to the heart of downtown Ouray, the Hot Springs pool and many of Ouray's most popular amenities! This two-story townhome is ideally located central to many of Ouray’s most popular trails with access to the Perimeter Trail being less than a 1/2 mile away! Enjoy a beautiful hike and then a relaxing soak in the hot springs and be able to walk directly back to your townhome!

Bed Configuration:

Primary Bedroom with En Suite: Queen Bed - 2nd Level
2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed 2nd Level
3rd Bedroom: Queen Bed 2nd Level
(2nd and 3rd Bedrooms Share a Hallway Bathroom)

The townhome's main level boasts the living with large smart TV and gas fireplace. Cooking a meal will be a breeze with the home's fully stocked kitchen, then enjoy at the cozy dining area. After dinner, imagine game night with family and friends or get to bed early to be ready for another day of adventuring in the stunning San Juan Mountains!

All 3 of the home's bedrooms are conveniently located on the 2nd level. The Primary bedroom features a cozy queen size bed and spacious en-suite bathroom. Both guest bedrooms offer room to spread out with each having queen size beds of their own and a generously sized bathroom located in the hallway to share.

There's Parking for 1 car in the garage. There is overflow parking near the entrance of the Elkhorn Townhome complex on Fedel Court or Hwy. 550. There is no trailer parking available at this location, any trailers may park at the city's overflow parking area off of 9th Ave.

You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Great stay

We truly enjoyed our 3 night stay at this rental and would return. It is an older condo but the interior has been updated and was very well equiped. Bathrooms were updated and very clean. The upstairs carpet is quite old and seemed like the only thing that could be changed to make this rental completely updated. This rental is right on the highway but the town on Ouray is quite close to the highway due to it being surrounded by mountains on all sides. We love jeeping in the scenic San Juan Mountains and this rental was a perfect place to " come home" to at the end of the day.

Spacious and beautiful home!

We had a great time at this rental. We were ice climbing in Ouray and this home was a perfect and cozy spot to come back to. We cooked dinner, played games, sat by the fire etc. Amazing location and perfect for 6 people!! We would highly recommend staying here. We have stayed in many homes in Ouray over the years and this is by far the best yet!

Elkhorn Town Home - Ouray, CO

Clean, nicely furnished/stocked. Great tv. Convenient to Hot Springs Pool and town. Quiet. Comfortable bedding. Nice to have enclosed garage entry although getting in and out was a tight turn. Really enjoyed our stay!
