This is the only choice for guests who are searching for a truly exceptional home and experience in the Broadmoor area.
Our home features a comfortable family room, a media/game room, fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, flat-screen Smart TV with cable, games, gas fireplace, gas grill, complimentary toiletries, linens and towels, in-unit laundry machines, 3-car driveway, and more.
If you are planning to attend a function at the Broadmoor, this location is ideal for you with less than a half mile to its entrance. In your downtime or when the rest of the family wants something fun to do there are wide variety of activities at the Broadmoor that include everything from walking trails and golf, to falconry classes, zip-lining and fly fishing.
One of the most notable points of interest in the area is Pikes Peak. The drive to the entrance gate of Pikes Peak Park is approximately 15 min. The drive to the top of Pikes Peak and take in the views of the great Rocky Mountains on one side and the Great Plains on the other. For real adventurers you can hike up Barr Trail (13 miles) to the top of Pikes Peak. The base of Barr Trail is also located in Manitou Springs next to the old Cog railway station (no longer in service).
Please no cats or dogs. There are no exceptions. There will be a $500 fine should you decide to bring your animal. Events are expressively not permitted at this house. Guests should be aware that the check in process for this home requires meeting the owner on-site.There are security cameras on the exterior of this property.
