Our 3-bedroom, spacious townhome is all about its exceptional location being steps away from the Perimeter Trail and Ouray Hot Springs Pool! It features a large modern kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances and an open concept floor plan that provides the perfect setting for friends and family. Natural light and gorgeous mountain views are abundant in the home's beautiful sunroom. There is also a nicely landscaped shared space and seating area!

You'll love the townhome's layout, with a large entryway and one guest bedroom and bathroom on the main floor as well as the home's laundry area. Walk upstairs to a large open living area and beautiful sunroom to enjoy stunning views of the mountains and fun views of the hot springs pool! The upstairs features the home's additional 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with a double bed, both share a spacious hallway bathroom. The large kitchen and dining area will be the favorite gathering spots! You'll cooking a lovely meal will be easy with a well-equipped space and lovely views to go along with it! We would love to host you at our retreat across from the hot springs!

Parking is available for 2 vehicles. Absolutely NO pets or trailer parking allowed per HOA regulations! Very strict fines will be accessed if these rules are not adhered to.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
