Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with its large fenced yard and deck is perfect for indoor and outdoor comfort. Being just two minutes from the nearest hospital and less than twenty minutes to Downtown Denver, our home is in a great location!

Our place is ideally suited for small families or two couples seeking a quiet getaway. The main bathroom features a luxurious glass shower that adds a touch of elegance to your daily routine. The dual living areas provide ample space for relaxation and entertainment, ensuring that everyone in your group can find their perfect spot to unwind. The heart of this home is the well-appointed kitchen, complete with a kitchen island and breakfast bar seating. Whether you're a seasoned chef or love to whip up your favorite dishes, you'll find everything you need to create culinary delights in this fully-equipped kitchen.

Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the welcoming front porch or the back deck lounging on the comfortable outdoor couches. The generous deck beckons in the backyard with its inviting outdoor dining area, perfect for savoring meals under the sun or stars. An adjacent outdoor living space offers a cozy retreat for unwinding. For those who love to grill, you'll find not one but two grills ready to help you master the art of outdoor cooking. Nice place in a great location

This home was a great place for us during our stay. Definitely, enjoyed the outdoor space with deck, grill and enjoyable views of the mountains from backyard. We enjoyed the location as it is close to restaurants, shopping, and other places of need/attractions. Overall, the space was perfect for us and enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend this house for anyone wanting a nice play to stay with plenty of outdoor space and good location to most things in/around Denver area.

Great Place

The property was just as described and actually nicer than the pictures. It is in a residential neighborhood but close to grocery stores, shopping, dining and parks. It has a wonderful outdoor space. I would highly recommend it.
