Our two story Silverpick unit (#304) features two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a sleeping loft. Less than 5 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort and 25 minutes to downtown Durango. Our great mountain escape has a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, views, and dogs are welcome! This is a perfect place to relax after a day on the trails! This condo has a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

There is a shared hot tub, playground, and hiking on the property. You can also walk or bike the 0.3 mile dirt road from the condo to the Nugget Mountain Bar - the bar has a food truck and indoor/outdoor seating with firepits. In the summer, they also feature live music! In the summer, a bike ride to the ski resort would be easy, too.

Silverpick borders national forest and is about halfway between the historic towns of Durango and Silverton. This prime location is just one mile from Purgatory's entrance, and approximately 25 minutes from downtown Durango, with scenic drives up to Silverton and Ouray. Enjoy both quiet privacy and the incomparable Needle’s Views from this home, while being close enough to the action of the resort community to enjoy all of the incredible winter and summer activities.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
There is a ring camera at the front door facing out.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
