3,000 sq ft, 5 bdrm, 4 bath Elkpoint townhome (Unit 6) is one of the few true ski in/ski out properties at Purgatory Resort built right on the slopes and just a short walk/ski to the main plaza. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and includes a bar with seating and opens to the main living space and dining area, giving you plenty of space to relax with family and friends. The 2nd living spaces on the bottom floor is perfect for the kids with a Foosball Table and TV. The master bedroom has a gas fireplace while the bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. The townhome has a washer/dryer, WIFI and an attached heated 1 car garage that has plenty of storage room for gear and there is an additional parking space in front of the garage.

The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
