Our 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome is furnished with rustic high quality furnishing including a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances with seating for 8 in the dining room. This exceptional property features an open floor plan and cathedral ceilings along. The townhome also features TVs in the main living space, loft and Master Bedroom, a mud room, 3 car garage, laundry room, hardwood floors and slate tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. A shuffleboard table was recently added to the Loft and the views of the Engineer Mountain from the Main Living Space and balcony are breathtaking.
Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - King with TV and Ensuite Bath (Main Leve-2nd floor)
2nd Bedroom - Queen and TV (Upstairs-3rd floor)
3rd Bedroom- Bunk Beds (single over double) and twin bed (Upstairs-3rd floor)
Loft - Queen Pull Out Sofa TV (Upstairs-3rd floor)
Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Cascade Village, are NOT pet friendly.
Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Resort, 26 miles (less than 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less than 30 minutes). Free on-site amenities at Cascade Village including an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, pool table, outdoor tennis court, ski rental shop (with discounts).
All of the Cascade Village units are equipped with reliable Fiber Optic internet service with an average internet speed of up to 50 Mbps and guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. With fast and reliable fiber optic WIFI, guests can stream on multiple devices. Cable TV is not available in any units at Cascade Village.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Perfect place for family ski trip

We spent 5 amazing days in this incredible townhome. It was so big that we all had room to spread out after a day on the slopes. We had everything we needed to feed the family and enjoy our time together, including a big gas grill . I would love to keep coming back!
The enormous garage was great for easy in/out in the cold weather.
Wonderful setup with big TVs that had everything we needed for the kids. Great laundry room!
The neighborhood pool/spa was very fun. The location allowed our kids ample room to play outside in the snow. Gorgeous views of the mountains and the trees.

Durango family vacation

Great place to stay for a summer family vacation. Plenty of room for the whole family and Cascade Village was very quiet while we were there so we usually had the pool, hot tubs and tennis/pickleball courts to ourselves. Great location north of Durango and closer to hiking near Silverton and Ouray. We were worried about not having air conditioning but not a problem even for the end of July as the location at higher elevation than Durango meant moderate days and temps at night down around 50 degrees so the townhome stayed plenty cool. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo
Our condo was perfect for vacation. We played lots of family games in the dining room, watched movies in the living room, and played suffleboard upstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and everything was nice and clean. We also got to enjoy a bonfire with the provided fire pit. Lots of laughs were had. Make sure you stay at this condo when visiting! 🙂

Absolutely beautiful home. Half way between Durango and Silverton, close to Purgatory. Very comfortable for 2 children/4 adults. Cooked almost every meal at home - stock up in Durango at Walmart before you go. Owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable.

Alll the snow

Family Ski Vacation
We had a great stay. We had 22 inches of fresh snow while we were there.There were 10 of us. 9 adults and a child. We had plenty of room and ate most of our meals in the well stocked kitchen. The location was perfect with easy access to Purgatory resort. Kieth,with Premier Vacation Rentals Group, had recommended that we have our skis delivered by performance sports and I am so glad we did. It was sooo easy and not any stress. We picked them up the evening before and were all set the next morning. Our rental was Perfect and everyone loved has a 3 car garage and we loved that. There were plenty of towels and blankets to snuggle in. Such a homey place. I am also impressed with PremierVacation Rental Group. They were always helpful. They covered all questions before we ever got there. We are planning on coming back here next year and look forward to another perfect experience and vacation with these guys.

Beautiful view and perfect location
We just loved this townhome it was perfect get away for our two families and it is located conveniently to make as a base for going to explore Silverton Ouray Telluride and Durango. And of course we could have just also stayed and explored Purgatory and been content with that as well. The townhome was well appointed with everything we needed, would love to come back and stay during the winter

We arrived way early, but it was not a problem and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Super close to the mountain, which was a big plus. The house was great. Huge windows, tall ceilings and a decent sized common area for everyone to relax. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful mountain retreat
The location is absolutely perfect for a romantic getaway or a fun week with the family! We absolutely loved the view of engineer mountain and being backed up to the forest. We were never bored as there was plenty to do. Horseback riding, floating in the animas river, hot springs and tons of off road trails. There is a wonderful little hiking trail just outside the door that leads up into the mountain. The rental was fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare a nice meal. We had plenty of towels/toiletries and the rental was spotless. We really enjoyed the location and even made a visit up to telluride. Absolutely breath taking all the way around. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get away!

The only thing that would have made this better would be if it were a ski in ski out place. Short drive to ski area was not bad at all. Condo has tons of room, very clean and well taken care of. We loved staying here. Property management very willing to help after one person in our party was injured. Cleared sidewalks for us for easy access without stairs.

Wonderful vacation in the San Juans
This is a fantastic spot, we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is spectacular, very clean, and comfortable.
The unit is 30 minutes from Durango, and its semi-remoteness was perfect. (We went in late summer, so being close to Purgatory Resort didn't matter to us)
The Cascade's indoor pool was nice to have nearby, but my guess is that it will need to undergo renovation in the next 2-3 years.
All in all, great stay, and this unit is wonderful!

The property was spacious and beautiful. The kids enjoyed exploring the area, longboarding, and evenings at the hot tub. The deck had a fun bench to sit on and enjoy the outdoor air. The view of Engineer mountain was perfect. The distance is about halfway between Durango and Silverton, so there was quite a bit of driving involved to see the sites. The home had all the supplies we needed for our stay. Giving it three stars on cleanliness because of a few minor things like unclean windows and dirt in hard to reach areas. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.

had a great experience here. 4 adults and two teenagers for 7 days. The condo was very nice and very comfortable. It is a little bit farther from Durango than I wanted to be, but about the same distance to Silverton. The mountains in the area are just beautiful. Prettiest area in CO. Am guessing the winter months around Purgatory would be a great time.

Property Mgr was very helpful and very easy to work with to get our rental arranged on very short notice. Place had lots of room for 2 adults and 5 children and was very clean. Great location between Durango and Silverton.

Mtn bike trip
The condo worked well for a 5 day trip focused on mountain biking. It met all the prerequisites: large open seating area, washer dryer, showers, and ample garage space for storage. Proximity to to the best rides The Durango area has to offer also helped. The property manager, Keith, was accommodating. The only possible downside would be the distance to restaurants. We are food we brought up from the grocery store in town who he'd worked nicely.

3 bedroom townhome, loft upstairs with two bedrooms and pull out, downstairs master. Full kitchen, needed a few essential cooking items, (strainer, smaller flat spatula, no rubber spatulas for baking 🙁

Great location, great condo

Everything was exactly as advertised! The only surprise was the nice view of Engineer Mountain from the living room window. We were 2 families with a total of 5 kids, ages 11-16, and we were all comfortable. The shuttle to and from Durango Mountain Resort was on time, but the resort is less than 5 minutes away, so driving is an option as well.
