We loved this condo! Plenty of room for our extended family trip and everything we needed was there. Walking distance to almost everything downtown. Very clean and comfortable.

Great location and plenty of room

Took a week long vacation to the Durango area and coming back to the Mears house was truly nice after a long day of exploring. The secure garage and limited access to the front door allows for peace of mind in a new location. Once inside the rental the comfortable living room and beds made for great rest and relaxation. The location is on the heart of downtown so nothing is out of walking distance.

Well, I've been staying here since Oct. 1, 2021 and it has been GREAT!
Recently Premier loaned me 2 space heaters which really helps early in am and at night as downstairs runs 10-15 degrees cooler than upstairs...

Our favorite getaway location!

We love Durango, and we've stayed at the Mears House 3 or 4 times! We keep coming back because it has all the conveniences of home and very comfortable. And did I mention location? You can leave your car in the secure basement garage and walk to all the great spots in downtown Durango! The location offsets the somewhat high price...we find it's worth it!

Loved 3F, plenty of room for 2 families plus kids or couple & grandparents + kids. 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms plus 4 bunk beds. Kitchen and living room plenty of room. great location close to all the best downtown Durango stuff. Everything nice.

We loved this vacation rental. It was roomy and had everything you could possibly need. I had a little problem with the TV and the manager came to my rescue immediately. We would stay here again and it is a perfect spot for families. You can walk to everything.

Durango- a Great Trip in this Condo
This property is in a great location- literally 1/2 a block from downtown. We had a great time and I would rent again in a heartbeat. My kids loved it and they 25 & 27. We love Durango!

Great Family Rental

You can;t beat this location if you are wnating to spend time IN Durango. The entire downtown is walkable and two blocks from train station. We have stayed out in house rentals and in the winter weather it was so nice to just walk everywhere without the trek to town. Plenty of room for the entire family to hang out upstairs and lots of beds in downstairs bedrooms and bunk beds. Check in/out and access was simple and easy.

Great condo in downtown Durango
This condo has everything you need and lots of extra space for sleeping! Both of the bedrooms are large and the pillows are super comfy. The bunks in the hallway are great and add 4 extra spots for guests. The garage spots are a great bonus so you don’t have to go out in the cold or snow in the winter or worry about paying for parking. The kitchen is well equipped and we used the grill as well.

The condo was great! Full kitchen, comfortable living space and great sleeping quarters for 8+.
This condo gives you the space to spread out and relax after visiting your student at college, a long day of skiing or just sightseeing in Durango.Great location from everything. Also 2 parking spaces in the garage - what gets better than that??? Quiet, high end furniture, lighting and kitchen. You will not be disappointed.

Great Location for an Enjoyable Durango Stay
We were vacationing with our son and his wife and needed something roomier and more functional than a hotel room. This condo suited our needs perfectly, allowing us to spend time together without feeling crowded. The beds were comfortable, linens were good quality, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The condo is close to shopping and restaurants, as well as easy walking distance to the Durango and Silverton railroad. We very much enjoyed our stay in the condo, as well as the town.

This condo, located just steps away from the heart of downtown is perfect for the get-a-way to Durango. Very comfortable and can easily sleep 8 people! Nice View and well furnished, comfortable!. Keith, the property manager is wonderful, he is extremely responsive and is great with all of his customers! I appreciate his willingness to help under any time.
