Ski Vacation 2024

Excellent! Best location for historic downtown Durango!!! 30 minute drive to Purgatory, 45 minute drive Wolfcreek, 2 hour drive to Telluride and 50 minute drive to Silverton. This was our 3rd time staying here and have booked our 2025 ski vacation at this property. It really feels like home away from home.

Location, Location, Location

I had a great stay! This is a very comfortable, clean home with all of the creature comforts to make a stay great. The location was perfect to get to Main Street quickly to enjoy the local shopping and restaurants.
The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed with window blinds that open from the top down to enjoy the mountain views while maintaining privacy, an en suite bathroom with double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower and separate whirlpool bathtub. The second bedroom has a single bed and a loveseat with a pull-out bed and a full bathroom downstairs with a walk-in shower. The living area has a spacious dining table to enjoy a meal.
I would highly recommend this vacation home or a family or small group of friends.

This apartment is lovely, clean, well-equipped and in an ideal location to walk to everything! Very quiet neighborhood. Only warning is that anyone not able to do big stairs should consider another place.

A short walk to all the fun shops and restaurants, this condo is ideally located. There is also an amazing dog park a short drive away--highly recommend. The condo was clean, up to date and furnishings were practical. The allotted parking spot will only work for a small vehicle, but there was nearby street parking. One odd thing-- no closets or drawers to store clothing so we were not able to unpack.

The condo worked great for us and the location was close to the train and town. Nice linens and plenty of towels. We also appreciated having hand soap, bar soap, shampoo etc.

Last Minute Decision

After a last minute cancelation on Christmas Eve by our first rental due to a water line break, we contacted Premier Vacation Rentals to see if they had a place we could stay in over Christmas (with our dog) and they found this cute little rental close to downtown Durango. It was clean, well-equipped and because everything was still locked down due to Covid, we enjoyed walking around downtown, cooking, playing in the snow with our dog, and wine by the fireplace.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We went with our 2 teenagers right when COVID restrictions were being lifted. We weren’t if we would be welcome, since we traveled a ways from out of town. Just the opposite. We were welcomed nicely. The restaurants were open, but we mostly ordered to go or cooked ourselves. The deck facing College Ave is a little busy, but honestly.... that was the best part. We enjoyed bbq outside on the deck and people watching. I enjoyed the mornings having coffee on the deck, in the morning too. The nice liquor store across the street was great. They have a huge selection. That was also a nice bonus. We hope to be back soon. Thanks for a great stay. Thx for the wonderful hospitality.

Walkable location
Good location; walkable to everything in downtown Durango. Only issue is that some of the light bulbs were burned out, and overall, the lighting could be brighter in the kitchen and bathrooms.

2019 Christmas Vacation

Excellent place to stay in Durango!!! Condo is everything it is billed to be in pictures! Very clean, excellent location for walking to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. 30 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort and 2 hours to Telluride Ski Resort. Stayed 10 nights and condo felt like home. We have decided when we take our next winter vacation, we are coming back to Durango and staying in this condo! 1/2 block from the Ore, best King Crab in Colorado!

Great Place!! Very Clean!!
The condo was a great place to stay. It was very easy to walk to town, within 2 blocks from all the cute shops, restaurants, and train station. Durango is central to great hikes, national & state parks. The condo provided lots of quality towels and a few toiletries. I love the shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion.. perfect products for Colorado dry climate.
The property management was great at communicating, always available on phone, or a quick return call. The online app was clear and concise...for an easy check in/check out process.
My only suggestion..would be to state in website that bedrooms were on top floor. 2 flights up. However the management company did explain that to me on the stairs are a small challenge for my mother. (in her 70s)

Perfect location

This property was in the perfect location to everything. It was well decorated and had everything that we needed. The parking space was very tight but this didn't matter since once we got there, the convenience of the place allowed us to walk everywhere. I would definitely recommend this property and I would stay there again on our return to Durango.

This rental unit is very nicely appointed with comfortable beds, nice linens, granite countertops in the kitchen and living area, tile baths, whirlpool tub and two balconies. It has Mountain Views and is within easy walking distance to downtown Durango where there are many fun shopping and dining options. The rental company was very responsive and accommodating. This will be our first choice for a vacation rental when we visit Durango in the future.

Nice place, GREAT location!

Aside from a small issue with the AC icing over and needing to be shut off periodically to thaw, we had a great stay. The location is PRIME and the property was very nice & very comfortable. The owners do need to provide a FAN, though. I had to borrow one from my dad because the guest BR was very hot--the chair blocked the AC vent and you could barely feel it when it was on. Other suggestions (NOT criticism) are a few more kid-friendly additions like baby gates, a highchair, and maybe a pack n play. Parents would LOVE to not have to haul or rent that stuff. Overall: VERY nice place. We enjoyed ourselves there. Thanks!

We also partner with a local baby supply company that guests can rent items from in case they need anything else. We relocated the chair to ensure proper air flow and purchased a fan for that bedroom. We appreciate your feedback.
