This 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo features a full kitchen, and on-site amenities including pool, hot tub and clubhouse. Five minutes to Hillcrest Golf, Fort Lewis College & Historic Downtown Durango. Horse Gulch Trail System 300 steps away.

This nicely decorated condo has lots of natural light and is in an excellent location. Main level bedroom with king bed, and nice sized loft has a queen bed. Comfortable living and dining area, functional full kitchen, one full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Washer/dryer in condo, bike racks under the building, WiFi. Stairs lead up to the front door of this condo. The living room TV has both Cable & Roku, while the master bedroom has Roku only.

The Ferringway shared hot tub and heated swimming pool are located a short walk away, and the pool deck has plenty of room for lounging.  Also at the pool area are multiple gas grills and outdoor dining space for fun and enjoyment without having to leave the grounds. Easy access to City Open Space hiking and mountain biking trails behind this property. Hillcrest Golf Club, Durango’s premier public golf course, is a five-minute drive from this condo, as is the main campus of Fort Lewis College.

A five-minute drive reaches Historic downtown Durango and the Durango Train, plus restaurants, shops and entertainment.   Driving about 30 minutes to the north takes visitors to Purgatory Resort and the high San Juan Mountains.  Mesa Verde National Park, a noted World Heritage Site, is about a 40-minute drive to the West.  The Fort Lewis College campus is a 3-minute drive away.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
