From the moment you walk in to this unit, you feel right at home. A really nice home! All the amenities are thoughtfully provided, easy parking and - most importantly - the location rocks! Wish I could give this condo more than 5 stars!

Fantastic property - walk to everything in Durango

Perfect property in a perfect location. The only negative, and it is miniscule in comparison to the overall positive experience, is that the guest parking was a little stingy and awkward for larger vehicles that one might rent toting around a family.

The Perfect Getaway

My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend in Durango and this condo was perfect. You can't beat the location, as we walked to get our morning coffee, lunch and dinner at the many amazing restaurant options (try Ore House - their pickup up and finish at home option is truly awesome). Super comfy beds made for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this condo

Wonderful location within the town of Durango

This unit was perfect for our needs for a two night stay in Durango during the winter months. It was perfect size for parents and two full grown teenage boys. Convenient to walk anywhere in town, grocery store, and restaurants. Had alll the amenites we needed in the condo during the pandemic. We ordered dinner from town, but ate in our kitchen. Loved having a closed in garage during the snowy cold winter months. I would highly suggest to future guests to download the Hospitality app. A much easier way to follow all the directions (codes) to get into the garage, building and condo. That was very useful for us. We only had a slight issue with the code into the garage but with a few tries it worked. Taking the garbage out at the end was a little annoying and confusing, but would not stop me from recommending this convenient place.

Durango Condo

The condo had a terrific location literally right next to Main Street which is the historical and cultural center of Durango. It was an easy walk to a variety or restaurants, the river walk and many shops. The farmers market, two blocks away, was open the day we arrived and had a nice selection of locally grown organic food, local artistic items and friendly helpful merchants.
The condo security was excellent although we would have felt very safe without it. The condo was very clean and the property management responded quickly to any request we had. We will stay at this property again our next Durango trip and highly recommend it.

Great location in Durango

We’ve stayed at several condo in this building over the past few years. The location puts you in walking distance to downtown Durango. It’s is very safe and secure. This particular unit was nice and clean and met all our expectations. The management company does a terrific job communicating and addressed a minor issue we had with extreme quickness!!! Only recommendation is to replace the couch . The cushions do NOT stay in place.

Great Durango Visit

Very clean, well appointed apartment. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and it was very clean upon arrival. Property was as described and was lovely. Communication was great. Dinner at Eolus was wonderful as always and the weather was fantastic.

We had hopes for a decent property in a decent area. We spent a lot of time searching web sites for something that would work for us., and something that was affordable. We got way, way, more then we every expected. Both in a great property and a great location.

Great place to stay!

Great apartment in a perfect location in Durango. We chose this place because of the other great reviews. The location is what really sold us and we would definitely stay here again. The only significant suggestion/complaint that I have is regarding the bed in the master bedroom. The bed is very high and there is only one step on the right side of the bed. I highly recommend that you add another step to the left side of the bed. My husband and I are runners in our early 50s and consider ourselves in great shape. So its not a matter of physical condition. We both had to enter and exit the bed on the right side because of its height. Not very convenient, especially in the middle of the night. This is a low cost fix that should be made to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for your guests. Thank you.

We've hosted hundreds of guests in our condo and it's consistently ranked as the best location in downtown Durango! We're sorry to hear you encountered issues with the bed in the master bedroom. As noted in the listing photos, the bed in the master bedroom is a four poster custom-built king size bed. While majority of our guests don't have an issue with bed, there is a step available for use that ensure easy access to the bed should you need it. We appreciate the suggestion to add a second step to allow each side of the bed their own access point. We have an extra step on order to help ensure all of our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Thank you again for the feedback! We look forward to hosting you again in the future!

Staying in Downtown Durango
We have been coming to Durango for 30 years. We’ve usually camped out or stayed with friends. This was a real treat to stay downtown within walking distance to everything. This condo was very nice!! Directions to get in and get comfortable was very clear. We had some trouble figuring out the tv remotes but the owner was very quick to respond to our email—- we are 60 year olds not very savvy with technology! This unit was true as it is advertised. We could sit in the living room, drink our own cocktails and hear the bands playing across the street but they would usually shut down by 11 pm. Very nice place!

Wonderful apartment with everything you need
We loved this unit for our family of 3 but more could stay here comfortably as well. The design really flows well and having two bathrooms was great since we were traveling with our teen. Great location and bonus of parking.

Great place, great location
Nice place. Great location. Walking distance to all the downtown sites. It even had enclosed/gated underground parking. That was just a plus. Didn't have to have the car sit in the sun. Very secure and clean. We will defiantly be back.
