The place was perfect!! We were in town to see my son at Fort Lewis College!! The rental was exactly what we needed, and we could walk everywhere downtown!! Perfect location if you are taking a trip on the Durango to Silverton train!!

Train station is half a block away. Awesome private garage for your vehicles. All the shops and local restaurants are just walking distance. Very clean and well kept rental. Highly recommend

Large condo in downtown Durango
The 3-bedroom condo was very clean and comfortable and exactly as it appears in the pictures. It has a great location and is within easy walking distance of the train, many restaurants, the entire downtown area, and even the River walk. The property management company was very helpful.

Amazing stay!

We had a maintenance issue on our first day and when I texted them to resolve the issue, it was completed within the next 2 hours. Everything was really clean and the whole unit was overall really nice. It's in the perfect spot downtown, within walking distance to almost everything. We had the best time 🙂

The location and condo were exactly as the description reads online. The downtown location was perfect, we walked everywhere! The place was spotless and the beds were so comfortable. We were in Durango for a college graduation and we were able to walk to go shopping and to eat. Steamworks and El Moro were amazing spots for dinner. Switch Back and Michael's Corner Crepes were great for breakfast and lunch. Gold at Hillcrest was super fun and the views are amazing! I would stay here again for sure!

The unit was just as described and is the perfect size for our family of 6. The welcome email was very helpful other than there was no information on the code required for the elevator to get to the unit. One call to the management company and the issue was quickly resolved.

Condo was exactly what we needed. My husband and I shared this with another couple and there was plenty of room for us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the washer/dryer were a bonus. GREAT location for walking to anything downtown. Would stay here again!

Beautiful Condo in Amazing Location

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was so nice to be steps away from the great shops and restaurants of downtown Durango. The unit felt really spacious and was located in a beautiful, well maintained building. Everything was super clean and there were plenty of towels and basic supplies left for us. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We appreciated that the wifi and all tv's worked without any confusion or secret tricks, as is sometimes the case in other VRBO rentals. The mattress in the king bedroom could probably stand to be replaced, as it has gotten pretty worn and soft. We would also have liked to be able to hang clothes somewhere in the master suite, as the closet is locked and there is nowhere else to hang clothes. Overall, a really wonderful place to stay.

Amazing place in the heart of downtown Durango!

This condo was super clean and spacious in the perfect location to enjoy all things Durango. We couldn’t have asked for a better condo to call “home” for three days. There was six of us and we felt right at home with lots of space to relax and do our own thing. We definitely look forward to returning next summer and renting this place again!

Spent a short week here with two coworkers- plenty of space to spread out or work together. Clean, Quiet, and nicely furnished, and right next to downtown.

Birthday Celebration take two
Went with a group to celebrate a big birthday. Accomandations are Condo were great. The parking below the building was awesome, it is always great to know you always have a parking spot. It was one block off Main Street so everything was in walking distance. Even the river walk was close by. Really enjoyed staying there and would stay there over and over.

Family Winter Trip

We traveled to Durango during our school winter break. We have been to Durango a few times and love the area. The Mera House is a great location for walking to shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean and had enough space for us to all spread out. We did contact the owner once for an item we did not find in the condo. He ended up purchasing the item we requested.
If you have never been to Durango, be sure to take a train ride...the station is a block away from the condo. We also enjoyed eating at Cuckoo's Chicken Shack, Serious Texas BBQ and Carver's Brewery.

Excellent location!
This condo was perfectly situated in downtown Durango. The train station was a two minute walk, there was a Starbucks and cold stone right outside the parking garage, and you are a parking lot away from main street. The condo was very clean and comfortable and slept 9 of us comfortably. With so much right in downtown, it was the perfect place to stay. Our boys would go for ice cream at night and I would go for coffee in the morning while others were dressing. We would definitely stay here again.

Love this condo
Second year renting this condo. Still in great shape, clean & well stocked, centrally located to downtown dining & only 30 minutes to Purgatory. Only problem was the weather - lack of much snow at Purgatory Ski Resort, Will be back next year.

Fantastic Downtown Locations

Great Place!
The location was great with easy access to activities north and southwest. Comfortable accommodations and suitable for large family. Comfortable beds, full kitchen, and ample supplies. Very clean. This condo was absolutely the best condo we have ever rented. The condo is completely furnished, as if you were at home in your own, it has a crock pot!!! Awesome! Location was also convenient - w/in walking distance of all downtown restaurants & only 25 minutes to Purgatory. (Buy lift tickets at new Purgatory Hdqtrs on Main St on the way to slopes to save time )

We had a great stay here. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner with no issues with better than average kitchen equipment. Lots of toys and equipment for little ones. Great location for all the downtown stuff. It's top on my list of where to rent for future trips to Durango.

Close to everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. After a long day of travel it was such a relief to walk into such a perfect home. Clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Get ready to relax by the fire and enjoy a nap. The location could not be better. Durango's beautiful downtown is right outside your door. Starbucks is steps away and do not miss the Crepe stand for breakfast. Also do not miss the train museum just down the street.
The manager was very helpful and quick to respond to all messages.
The key pads where a bit cumbersome at first, but we got the hang of it and had no problems for the remainder of our stay.
