Our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath ski-in/ski-out, 2100 square foot condo is in an unbeatable location in Beaver Creek, which offers ultimate convenience in all seasons. Direct ski-in/ ski-out access to your back door.
Our condo is centrally located near the main skier plaza, a short distance to the lifts and just steps away from the hustle and bustle, restaurants, shops and skiing amenities. You have immediate access to all of the resort amenities, and fantastic value in this exceptional residence. Nothing defines “first-class resort” as perfectly as Beaver Creek, with its immaculately groomed slopes, charming village, heated pathways, escalators and some of the best skiing and snowboarding Colorado has to offer.
Our condo is beautifully furnished and is perfect for large families. It will be an instant home away from home for you while on your vacation! The kitchen is ideal design for making delicious meals while on your vacation. Enjoy your time in Beaver Creek or contact a local Uber driver for quick a 10 minute drive to visit Vail Village and Vail Mountain.

3rd Bedroom - Bunkbed (Single over Full) and a single trundle bed (Walk out floor)

On-site amenities at Highlands Slopeside include: underground garage parking, an indoor/outdoor heated pool, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, and small fitness center. Access to these amenities is included in your stay.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets,etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
One of the ways we're doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
The Very Best!

This unit was the very best we have ever stayed in. We’ve stayed in ski-in/ski-outs in Keystone, Breck and this year Beaver Creek. This one being the only true, beyond CONVENIENT ski in/ski out. We walked in and the kids ran straight outside to play on the slope. Incredible. Our two ten year olds were even able to go up Haymeadow Gondola by themselves and ski down to our back door without issue. The inside of the unit was immaculate. Very comfortable furniture and beds. The showers had great pressure (very important ��). We would go back in a flash.

This was the 2nd straight year staying in this property and we just love it. It is beautifully decorated, lots of room, everything you need and slopeside!! Ski in and ski out at its finest plus Brian, the property manager, is the best!!! We have already booked our 3rd year in a row.

Perfect Vacation
Great location. Updated with everything to make our stay comfortable. This was my Grandchild’s first ski trip and this location easy access to school . They loved skiing and were practicing on nearby lift right next to condo . Mission accomplished! Perfect trip.

Fantastic Ski In/Ski Out Condo

Great location, clean, spacious, accommodating, tasteful and cozy. I do not think the owners gave a good enough description of how close their condo is to the slopes so I will. Hahahahaha.....You could not be closer. This condo was not on the side of the building, it was not on the back of the building where you had to catwalk, we skied right to the back porch and took our skis off 5 feet from the back door of the condo, not the building. It was fantastic. To ski out, you carried your gear about 10 feet up about about a 3% grade and skied down to the Gondola or the Centennial lift. Our stay was PERFECT! We have already booked for next year!!!!

Awesome Condo Right on the Ski Slopes!

This condo is beautifully decorated!! All new amenities! There was plenty a room for 6 people. The best feature is that it is right on the ski slopes. We could walk out the back door and instantly be skiing. The condo is also very close to the Beaver Creek Village. I would highly recommend staying at this condo!

Great Ski In Ski Out!!

Everything exceeded expectations. The ski-in ski-out was perfect.
We had all skier levels in our group, and all were able to use the SI-SO! At BC, there are skiways that service properties but that are not always appropriate for true beginners. This property is 100 yards of very gradual terrain from the Highlands lift, made for first-timers. The Highlands lift also allows all skiers immediate access to the Centennial and Strawberry Park lifts, which link skiers to the entire BC mountain. The condo was well maintained, well-appointed and quiet. It requires a 10-15 inclined walk to/from BC village, Ski School. Dial-A-Ride makes it easy to get around. I give this condo the highest recommendation!

Fantastic rental

The condo was wonderful with its newer furnishings and finishes and comfortable beds and bedding. High end furniture and decor was so welcoming. It was only 3 of us so we had more than enough room but the size and layout would be great for larger groups too. The kitchen was fully stocked with any kind of baking dish, pot, utensil, or serving piece needed; a traditional coffee pot AND a Keurig. The tub in the master bath upstairs was divine for soaking sore muscles from the hike up to Beaver Lake. The unit was VERY CLEAN. Honestly can’t say enough nice things about it. The only *mild* disappointment was that the pool was closed for renovation (wasn’t mentioned in the VRBO listing). We adjusted but that could be a deal-breaker for some families. This condo doesn’t have AC. It was WARM (hot) when we checked in around 5:30pm and it didn’t cool down until the next morning. We followed the instructions to keep it cool by opening the windows in the evening and closing them in the morning and were able to stay comfortable. There were two small portable fans in a closet that we moved around to help circulate the air which worked very well. A couple more of those would be very helpful. LOVED the washer and dryer, returned home with all clean clothes. And one more thing, I’ve stayed in many condos where they provide limited rolls of paper towels, toilet paper and laundry detergent then you have to buy more on your own but this condo provided more than enough. Overall, WE LOVED IT and will stay here again when we return to Beaver Creek. Oh, and the Village Connect shuttle service was so easy and convenient to use! Download the app and save yourself lots of driving and walking.

We really enjoyed the location, ski-in/ski-out access. The unit was very clean, and beds were comfortable. The unit had sleds and snowball makers for the kids. It was great to look out the window and see the kids skiing home!

This place was awesome!! A true ski in / ski out condo. It is right on the slopes in Beaver Creek. We had the best week of skiing, and the condo location made it convenient. Wonderful Family Ski Vacation
This is an excellent location for a ski vacation! You can walk out of the back door and ski right to the lifts, then when you are ready to come home ski directly onto the back patio. The property manager and owners were very quick to respond to all my questions. The townhouse has three large bedrooms, all with attached baths, and a den with a murphy bed. A very nice kitchen (we cooked dinner most evenings) and a great family room to relax and play games or watch tv. I would highly recommend this location for a great visit to Beaver Creek.
