Our 1,900 square foot Cascade Village condo (Unit 56) features three bedrooms and three bathrooms along with an enclosed loft which has a comfortable queen pull out sofa. It is a great family mountain escape, with a full kitchen, wood fireplace, two private decks and amazing views.
The condominium is fully furnished and offers all the comforts of home. The open living plan, wood floors and high end furnishings and linens all contribute to the warm atmosphere. There are TVs in each of the bedrooms.

Master Bedroom - King with TV and Ensuite Bath (Upstairs)
2nd Bedroom- Queen with TV (Upstairs)
3rd Bedroom - King with TV (Off Main Living Space)
Loft - Pull Out Queen Sofa Bed (Upstairs)
Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Cascade Village, are NOT pet friendly.
Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Resort, 26 miles (less than 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less than 30 minutes). Free on-site amenities at Cascade Village including an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, pool table, outdoor tennis court, and ski rental shop (with discounts).
All of the Cascade Village units are equipped with reliable Fiber Optic internet service with an average internet speed of up to 50 Mbps and guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. With fast and reliable fiber optic WIFI, guests can stream on multiple devices. Cable TV is not available in any units at Cascade Village.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Conveniently located between Durango and Silverton. We booked since Silverton was full and didn't want to stay 50 miles away in Durango. Very nice place in good condition with plenty of space. Highly recommend for family, friends or couples.

Shuttle didnot run often enough. Roads were pretty bad but hey a lot of snow. Unit really nice! Next time we’ll have to stay up at lodge simply to be close enough to ski area. Thought could get by with couple miles away since told shuttles ran every 30 minutes or so. Travel with teens and children.

Amazing Stay for a family of 8!

This condo had all of the conveniences and amenities you could want. From the time we arrived and found undercover parking below the building and beside the door, to wood supplied for the fireplace and a well stocked kitchen, we could ask for nothing more. The ski shuttle to Purgatory was very convenient and meant we did not have to battle a crazy parking lot, while the Kiddos spent time on the Cascade grounds, sledding, making snow angels and snow men. For the most part the Wi-Fi was sufficient to stream tv and computer use with an occasional outage. The condo was tastefully decorated and felt like a mountain cabin. Would definitely recommend this condo to others!

Nice Condo Conveniently located

Very nice condo. Plenty of room for our group of 6. Clean and well decorated. Kitchen was great and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Nicely located between Durango and Silverton near the Purgatory Ski Resort. Only issue is work was being done on the sewers and some inconvenience with getting to the garage and had water was turned off for a period on one day.

This condo is completely stocked with what you need to LIVE...not just vacation. We found plenty of room to stretch out and work. There are lots of pro kitchen goodies, and the decor is very homey. It's really easy to feel at home here.

Awesome
Condo was perfect for two families. good location, awesome views, condo was very clean, free shuttle to slopes was very convenient; property management was very responsive; we had an issue with WiFi on Christmas Eve and they went out of their way to fix it. Always responded to calls/texts even at odd times.

What a view!
We were there to see my gravely ill brother. The management company worked with us to rent a different condo that fit our needs better. They were very kind and helpful. The condo was clean and decorated so cute. Coming back to that view at night was calming and therapeutic. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

The place is very accurate to the listing. Beds are really comfortable, place is spotless, and great having covered parking. Kitchen has everything you need. Can't beat the value. Minutes to Purg and ~30 min to Silverton. The internet and cell service in the village isn't great. Internet doesn't actually work at the condo at all. We went to the main building.

This unit is decorated very nicely. It was clean when we arrived with everything in order. Several of the kitchen light bulbs were burned out, but Keith the property manager, got them replaced the next day. This rental group is very nice to deal with.

Great Vacation Rental

We stayed here while we were in Durango for a wedding. We were extremely happy with the condo. It is nicely furnished, plenty of space and it was very clean. There was coffee and filters, cream and sugar already there. I'm assuming others left them as we did also. So if you rent next there's plenty there already. While there we hiked, went to Silverton and popped into Purgatory for lunch a couple times, which is right down the road. I wish we would have had a whole week there. Location is great of you plan on hiking and sightseeing, if you want to go to Durango daily the 30 minute drive can get boring. It was a perfect location for us. We never had any issues while we were there, we would definitely rent again.

Just returned home from a 4 day stay and we have nothing but great things to say about this condo. The location (1/2 way between Durango and Siverton) was ideal for sightseeing, 4-wheeling and shopping. The condo layout was perfect for 3 couples with 3 beds and 3 baths, two kings and a queen. The kitchen was very well stocked and the housekeeping was immaculate. The decor was really nice and the views were fantastic. Did not use the pool and hot tubs but the staff in the clubhouse was very friendly and helpful. Just be sure you take plenty of food or plan to drive a ways to eat in Durango as there are no grocery stores or restaurants nearby.
Thanks for your great review. There are 2 restaurants at Purgatory Ski Resort (less then 2 miles away) and a 2 additional restaurants another mile south for a total of 4 restaurants within 3 miles of Cascade Village.
Cozy and nicely decorated
The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and had everything we needed to have a relaxed stay. The owner responded to text quickly when I had questions. The grounds were manicured nicely and the front desk was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub although the indoor pool was not heated. We will defiantly stay in this condo again when we return. It was a great location to visit Silverton and Durango.

Spent a week in this Unit in July 2016 with no issues. Unit was found exactly as described with high end furnishings and appliances. Decorations were very appropriate and made you feel right at home. Kitchen was very very well stocked with everything you could possibly need and then some. Previous guests paid it forward with items such as coffee, filters, flour, sugar, laundry soap, and other non-perishable items so we added to the inventory. Beds were all comfortable, plenty of towels and linens, nice furnishings and other finishes. Would highly recommend this Unit for anyone looking to stay in this area. Owner was very responsive and attentive to e-mail inquiries.
