Our 2 bed, 2 bath basement apartment is across the street from Washington Park, or as the locals call it "Wash Park". Walking, biking, running, picnicking, and boating are all popular activities at Wash Park. Great outdoor space for grilling and dining.
While Wash Park is so close, you do not need to leave the rental to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. The outdoor furniture and dining set are perfect for mornings or evenings on the patio, enjoying drinks or food. The beautiful modern interior creates an inviting atmosphere. The fireplace in the main bedroom adds a romantic and cozy atmosphere to the space. For those working or studying, there is a desk and chair in the main bedroom as well for a private and quiet escape from the rest of the rental common spaces.

Washington Park, often referred to as Wash Park by locals, is a beautiful and expansive urban park in Denver, Colorado, offering a variety of activities for visitors to enjoy. (5) children's playground where kids of all ages can swing, slide, and climb. (6) community events are held throughout the year, such as outdoor concerts, festivals, and fitness classes. (7) botanical gardens, the Denver Botanic Gardens, feature a diverse collection of plants from around the world.
Overall, Washington Park provides a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and offers something for everyone, whether you're seeking outdoor recreation, family-friendly activities, or simply a place to unwind.
